Ryo Workspace Connector

A personal connector operated by Ryo Nakae for accessing Google Workspace through AI assistants and automation tools. It is for the owner's use only and is not offered to other users.

With permissions granted through Google OAuth, the connector accesses email, calendars, files, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts to search, summarize, send, or edit information as instructed by the owner.

Privacy Policy

Data access and use. The connector uses authorized Google account data and authentication credentials to maintain access and perform tasks requested by the owner. Data may include email content, attachments, calendar events, files, and contacts.
External processing. Data needed for a requested task may be sent to AI services or other integrations selected by the owner. Those services handle and retain data under their own terms and settings. The owner reviews what will be shared and the applicable terms before use.
Storage and deletion. Credentials and task data may be stored on devices and in environments managed by the owner. Conversation histories and logs may also contain task data. The owner restricts access and deletes data, logs, and credentials when no longer needed.
Revoking access. The owner can revoke access through Google account connection settings. Revocation does not delete previously stored data; the owner deletes local copies and data held by external services separately.

Terms of Use

Personal use. Only the owner may use this connector, and only with accounts and data they are authorized to access.
Responsible use. The owner follows the terms of Google and connected services and grants only necessary permissions. Before sending messages or changing, deleting, or sharing data, the owner checks the content and intended recipients or targets.
Availability and accuracy. Uninterrupted operation and accurate AI output are not guaranteed. The owner reviews results and maintains backups of important data.
Changes and discontinuation. The owner may change the connector, its settings, or this page, or discontinue use at any time.
